Your tasks
- Provide technical support for hardware and software inquiries.
- Troubleshoot system issues via remote support, phone, email, and ticketing tools (Salesforce).
- Diagnose and repair of devices, conduct tests, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate across global departments like R&D, Quality, and Product Management to enhance product development continually.
Your profile
- Possess a technical / IT education or equivalent experience with a strong grasp of technical concepts.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Skilled in analytical and systematic troubleshooting and resolution.
- Experience with repairing, testing, or assembling medical devices is an advantage, as well as experience in the respiratory field.
- Good Spanish language skills (Support LATAM)
- Exhibit reliability, independence, precision, and accountability in work.
- Enjoy teamwork, collaboration, and has a curious, solution-oriented, and technology-driven mindset.
