A special version of our PC software, EasyWare, includes a feature that will
automatically update the device software when connected to your PC.

To return your device for a free update:
You are welcome to return the device to our facility in Massachusetts for a
quick, free update. In most cases we can return ship the device to you the
same day we receive it. Please follow the instructions and print out the
EasyOne Update Return Form.

We have recently released an enhanced version of the EasyOne called EasyOne
Plus. We have an attractive trade-in offer for you if you are interested in
